Step 1: Visit the Income Tax Department e-filing portal:

Step 2: Enter your PAN and Aadhaar number and click ‘View Link Aadhaar status’
Step 3: If your PAN and Aadhaar is not linked, there will be a POP-UP that asks you to link the same.
Step 4: Enter your PAN and Aadhaar details and follow the onscreen instructions.
Step 5: Enter an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

The challan will be generated in the next screen, where yui select your mode of payment and make the payment.
After the payment you can link your Aadhaar with PAN on the e-Filing portal.
