IndusInd Bank has offered its customers many ways to raise their queries and offer complaints or appreciation. All the levels of grievance redressal are explained below:
Level 1: Branch Manager / Contact Center
If a Complaint is addressed at the Branch or Contact Center, the Customer may escalate the same to the Branch Manager by writing directly to the Branch address or using the contact details as available on the Bank’s website or the respective Branch.
Complaints Register / Customer Care Numbers Email: The Customer may enter the complaint in the Complaints Register or contact our Customer Care Service.
Level 2 – Escalation to Head (Customer Care)If the Branch or Contact Center does not provide a Resolution within 7 days, the Customer’s Complaint may be escalated to the Bank’s Regional Officer or to the Head of customer Care at the address/email/telephone number mentioned below:

The 2nd Level is generally resolved by the Service Assurance Centre in five working days unless you require time to get back. If you do not receive a response within the stipulated period you can escalate your complaint.

Level 3 – Principal Nodal Officer
If the response from the Escalation Head – Customer Care does not match your expectations or if there is no response within 7 days, the personal loan customer can escalate the complaint to the Principal Nodal Officer. When filing a complaint, the complainants must quote the interaction reference number and the initial point of contact with the bank.

Level 4 – Banking Ombudsman
If personal load customers do not get any reply 1 month from the complaint date or if they are not satisfied with the response provided by the Principal Nodal Officer, they can address to the Banking Ombudsman who conducts an independent review of the customers’ complaint. At branches of the IndusInd Bank or at their official site, there are displayed Banking Ombudsman contact details of the area together with the code of the bank’s commitment to customers and fair practices code.
